Because I’m generally after the richness from only the fat, I also reduce the syrup to only 1 pump of sugar free white chocolate instead of the regular chocolate.
Iced Macchiato with Almond Milk
For your iced macchiato, it is better to substitute with almond milk, because it has lower calories than regular milk. Almond milk has lots of protein, but does not contain calcium.
Furthermore, almond milk is cholesterol free, has zero saturated fat, and is naturally lactose free.Don’t forget to ask for the unsweetened almond milk for your macchiato!
Of course this is the safest drink to have zero carbs from sugar. Americano is great drink for anyone who is serious about weight loss and detox body. It has great antioxidants, and burn both fat and calories 3 to 5 times quicker than a non-americano drinker.
